Mogillon Rim Payson Arizona camping trip test

While testing the 2000 plus kit I unfortunately found that one of the solar panels does not work, I switched the cords from the two panels Incase it might be that but the same panel did not work and the other panel did with either cord so that concluded to me what is wrong !!!

Can we please arrange to switch the solar panel as quickly as possible, thank you !!!

I'm heading back early and will be taking another trip up to the mountains after I have the new panel to try another field test !!!

So far the power bank seems to last quite a while even with only one panel but I am being conservative with my usage !!!

I previously had purchased a 2000 Pro & the new 2000 Plus with it's battery packs for expansion is exellent! With the Jackery solar panels (Saga 200), I am able to lower my utility bill & we are ready for huricanne season with possible loss of power.

I got the Solar Generator 200 Plus Kit (4KW) at almost half off ($2599 instead of $4999). Oh man what a steal. And what a great machine. The worst thing about a power outage is not having the TV on so you know what's going. This monster powered my cable box and TV for hours and hours and that was just the generator (my battery pack hasn't gotten here yet. I can't wait for the next big sale. Bravo Jackery
