1. Scope and Intent
The policies in this document reflect the general store policies of Summit Ridge Supply, located at summitridgesupply.com ("Website"). Our goal is to make shipping, returns, and refunds as smooth and fair as possible. In some cases, we are required to follow more restrictive policies set by a product’s supplier. For that reason, our policies may vary by product. When this occurs, any policy included on the individual product page will take precedence over the general store policy outlined here.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to any product-specific policies provided on the corresponding product page.

We currently ship within the United States.
3. Shipping Fees
When possible, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. However, some of our suppliers structure their pricing without including delivery costs. In those cases, shipping charges will apply. Any applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order. We strive to keep shipping rates as low as possible. There are no hidden fees.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST will begin processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout:
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather or carrier delays.
6. Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery. Shipments are insured against loss or damage by carriers. If you encounter any issues, please contact us promptly.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and items and contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@summitridgesupply.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including arranging for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
• Confirm the shipping address provided
• Check with neighbors or building management
If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
9. Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
10. Returns and Refunds
