Billing Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the payment policies and responsibilities between Summit Ridge Supply (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

•  All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
•  Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

•  Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
•  Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or ACH
•  PayPal
•  Shop Pay

2.3 Payment Timing

•  One-Time Purchases: Payment is required at the time of order.
•  Subscriptions (if applicable): Payment is charged on the first day of each billing cycle.

3. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, notify us within 14 days of the order date at support@summitridgesupply.com. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review and resolve billing disputes promptly.

4. Refunds and Credits

Refunds or credits are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, available at: summitridgesupply.com/pages/refund-and-return-policy

Please note: Restocking fees of up to 25% may apply to returns of large or heavy items, as outlined in the Return and Refund Policy.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, or similar charges. If you are tax-exempt, provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

6. Billing Errors

We correct billing errors promptly. If you were overcharged, we will issue a refund or credit. If undercharged, you will be invoiced for the difference.

7. Payment Security

We use Shopify Payments to process all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and handled securely using SSL technology. We do not store credit card data on our servers.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Billing Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective immediately upon posting to this page.

Your continued use of our services confirms your acceptance of any updates.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to these Terms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 90 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Minnesota. All disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

12. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement regarding billing matters. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
