F3800 vs F3800 Plus

1. Solar Input

• F3800 supports a solar input range of 11-60V, with a maximum current of 27A and a maximum input of 1,200W per port.
• F3800 Plus supports a wider solar input range of 11-165V, with a maximum current of 17A and a maximum input of 1,600W per port.

2. Generator Connection Method

• F3800 can connect to a 120V generator with a pure sine wave output (THD < 5%) as an alternative to grid power.
• F3800 Plus can connect to a 240V / 120V generator via Home Power Panel port, offering more flexibility for higher voltage generators.

3. EV Charging

• F3800 charges EVs via both L14-30R and 14-50R output ports, providing compatibility with a wider range of electric vehicle charging setups.
• F3800 Plus charges EVs through the L14-30R port only.

4. TT-30R 120V Output Port

• F3800 does not include a TT-30R 120V output port.
• F3800 Plus includes a TT-30R 120V output port, making it more suitable for RV users and other devices requiring this specific port.

5. 14-50R 240V Output Port

• F3800 includes a 14-50R 240V output port, which is ideal for high-power applications requiring 240V output.
• F3800 Plus does not include a 14-50R 240V output port.
