Please review the following policies for Mande Sauna orders. Due to the handling requirements of these products, cancellation and return costs can be substantial. We encourage you to carefully review all product details and reach out with any questions. Our team is available to help at support@summitridgesupply.com.

Shipping and Delivery

• Lead Time: Typical fulfillment is within 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
• Delivery Method: Standard delivery is curbside with liftgate service, scheduled by appointment during weekday business hours. Moving the product from curbside to its final location is your responsibility.
• Packaging: Saunas ship flat-packed in a protective OSB crate on a skid. Assembly is required; detailed instructions are included.

Order Cancellations

• Within 24 Hours of Order: Eligible for a full refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.
• After 24 Hours of Order, but before Shipment: Orders are subject to a 20-50% cancellation fee depending on where the order is in the shipping preparation process.
• After Shipment: Cancellations are treated as returns (see below), and are subject to return shipping costs plus a 50% restocking fee.
  

Returns

• Unopened Product: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product remains unopened in its original crate. A 50% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Heaters and Accessories: All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are issued after the returned goods are received and inspected.

Shipping Damage

• Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
• Any visible damage must be noted as “subject to inspection” on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
